Record yourself!

Because calls are all digital assets it’s more than possible to record them, which of course helps you assess how well you’re doing, to spot anything you’ve missed so you can follow up with relevant information or to pinpoint moments where the outcome of the call could have been improved.

If you’re using Skype then check with your IT team to see whether it’s possible to record. If you’re using WebEx the record facility comes included.
